We are looking for outstanding Junior Scrum Masters to join BairesDev’s Research & Development (R&D) team. What You Will Do: – Support the team in the preparation of the ART and Solution Train using various tools such as program and solution kanbans and other information radiators. Instill in the team a lean-agile mindset and practices. – Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks. – Encourage collaboration between teams and system and solution architects and engineers. – Work with product and solution management, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategy and execution. – Improve the flow of value through value streams using the continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps. – Delivery pipeline and DevOps. – Facilitate system and solution demonstrations. Here’s what we’re looking for: – 2+ years of experience in a similar role. – Use of Agile methodologies. – Excellent communication skills. – Certifications (optional). – Advanced level of English.
