As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the core Project Management Team, and indirectly all other project assigned personnel of the Subsea repair Services team in Brazil.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing for “on time’ delivery, performance Improvement, and incremental revenue through upsell strategies, additional pull through of additional products or services at a higher level of seniority.
- Managing all IS projects in Brazil.
- Having the responsibility for the Integrated Solutions compliance, financial KPI’s, service delivery and HSE performance.
- Managing the core Project Management Team, and indirectly all other project assigned personnel.
- Managing multiple products and services across multiple wellsite/rigs, often in complex contractual arrangements.
- Developing and managing the project schedule, from all over Brazil, at the top level and applies solutions to both leading and lagging situations as well as to unforeseen and predicted events.
- Utilizing project management methodology in daily working practice, additionally encouraging team members by example.
- Performing as Single Point of Contact (SPC) with the client, nurtures the relationship, acts as the primary contract manager either in conjunction with other contract administrators or with available dedicated contract managers.
- Ensuring the Project Communication Plan is in place and functional across all levels and areas of the project.
- Creating, modifying, improving Project Execution Plan and all parts thereof.
- Leading continual project reviews, with client, company leadership, internal project staff, contracted parties and potential industry or official bodies.
- Directs contingency planning from the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) from deployment/testing/& drills, to risk mitigation, particularly, about Well Control and Well Management and reporting per the plan. Acts as a strong promoter of the Management of Change (MOC) process as well as leads the ERT.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have bachelor’s degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience.
- Have Excellent English and Portuguese oral and written communications skills, including ability to organize meetings and distributing accurate and succinct minutes of meetings.
- Demonstrate solid experience in relevant industry (wellbore construction, completions, wellbore intervention, P&A, Deep Water)
- Proven solid experience as a project manager.
- Have solid experience leading project teams.
- Demonstrate solid experience in contact with senior clients and suppliers.
- Demonstrate experience managing multiple product line P&L (Profit and Loss management) and experience managing multiple rig/site operations.
- Have functional use of MS Office Suite, with MS Project familiarity is required.
- Have Well Control awareness is required. Well Control Certification would be an advantage.
- Demonstrate ability to manage, develop, coach and mentor high level teams across organizational boundaries is required.
- Have PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus
- Proven personnel development skills will be required in this role
