What you will be doing: Strategic planning and business development for Brazil Attracting local partners and developing relationships (marketing, production, procurement) Risk management (making management decisions within competencies) Cost optimization within the position Performing tasks to increase the efficiency of business processes Looking for new ways to develop business in the entrusted direction Participation in product development and manufacturing processes Interaction with influencers, development and implementation of marketing activities Reporting. What we expect from you: Fluent in Portuguese and Russian Relevant experience of a year or more in the BDM/Business Development Manager role Professional understanding of online sales, experience in building business processes, experience in e-commerce Knowledge and understanding of business management principles and the specifics of working in Brazil Analytical mindset, ability to quickly find information, high level of responsibility and discipline, ability to prioritize, ability to work independently and organize the work of employees, initiative, ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them.
