Partner with the best

Responsible for managing, supporting, and supervising the PLM (Teamcenter). Activities including implementation, upgrades, customization, configurations, and maintenance of across Flexible Pipes System business.

Global support to: Niteroi and Rio de Janeiro/BZ, Newcastle/UK and Houston/USA.

Work base: Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Macaé (RJ) or São Paulo (SP).

As a Product Lifecycle Manager, you will be responsible for:

· Creating, managing and being responsible of TeamCenter (PLM) Roadmap for Flexible Pipe System Business across 4 sites;

· Being responsible for architect, administer and maintain all aspects of Teamcenter production system;

· Managing PLM system (Teamcenter) enhancements delivery with operational responsibility, from implementation, development and maintenance for the business;

· Understanding by defined KPIS (performance measurement) customer/end-user needs and define use cases. Ensuring Teamcenter changes/enhancements create value for business processes;

· Organizing and carry out tests to verify PLM changes/enhancements, Projects, Upgrades or Interface changes met with initial requirements;

· Monitoring and continuously improve the production environment to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability;

· Collaborating with system analysts, engineers, MRP and other stakeholders to confirm system limitations, capabilities, performance requirements, performance standards, and interfaces;

· Acting as highest escalation person of contact for problem resolution in business. Troubleshoot and resolve Teamcenter in production/QA systems.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

· Have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering and/or related;

· Have MSc, PhD and/or MBA in Project Management;

· Be experienced with PLM System with designer engineering management;

· Have relevant experience in Program Management;

· Be able to communicate fluently both in Portuguese and English;

· Have proven experience in PLM System implementation (any industry);

· Have experience in global support positions (cultural diversity).

Nice to have (but not mandatory)

· Knowledge in MRP (Oracle)
