Descrição da Vaga: Requisitos: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. MBA or postgraduate in Project Management preferred; • Vast experience in Project Management. If in automotive or manufacturing field, it will be a plus; • Proven track record of success in leading and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders; • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management; • Excellent leadership and communication skills; • Project management certification is desirable; • Knowledge of different project management methodologies; • Experience working in manufacturing environment and with Lean Manufacturing Principles; • Knowledge in Volvo Products/Processes and systems is a differential; • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Atividades: • Lead and manage complex manufacturing engineering projects at Powertrain Operations from concept to completion; • Be GTO PTP (Group Trucks Operations Powertrain Production) representative in the project teams and networks; • Develop and implement project plans and schedules; • Track project progress and identify and resolve risks; • Lead the cross-functional management of internal teams, but also the interface with other components of the organization (product development, purchasing and other areas impacted by the project); • Build, unite, motivate and manage the project team; • Manage the project budget, planning and associated deliverables; • Participate in the product development as GTO representative, if applicable; • Communicate regularly on the progress of projects to stakeholders.
